Welcome back to the quote of the day show. I'm your host Sean Crox and a

0:35.6

Sean Crox and calm. I hope your Christmas was all kinds of amazing. But today

0:40.8

we've got a shift focus. We have to shift our attention to the coming year to

0:46.1

2018 and we have to decide what is the goal that we're going to set? What are

0:51.8

we going to get and who are we going to become in this coming year? As John

1:53.9

the overwhelming majority of what it does is subconscious. And so you're not

1:59.3

consciously aware of what's going on. Let me read a little passage from Dr.

2:03.2

Pillay's book Life on Lot. He says, when the brain thinks that something is

2:07.4

possible, it will sketch out the route for achieving it. So all you have to do
