Summary

Enza Vita is the author of “Instant Presence: Allow Natural Meditation to Happen” and the founder of the MahaShanti Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to spiritual awakening. Enza Vita was born in a small village in Sicily and immigrated to Australia on her own at the age of seventeen. From a young age, she questioned everything around her, constantly seeking out the point and purpose of our life here on earth. Her search eventually brought her to her work in the consciousness community where she became one of the leaders in the personal development movement in Australia, working as editor in chief for glossy magazines “Woman Spirit”, “Health & Wellbeing” and publisher of “Innerself Newspaper”. Through her job, she was blessed with the opportunity to meet and study under many of the great spiritual teachers of our age and she was exposed to the wonderful writings of many others around the world. Her outer work always reflected her inner journey, one immersed in contemplation, self-inquiry, and spiritual deepening. Culminating in a profound spiritual realization in 2007, all her life’s work came into a clear focus, as she began to write and answer questions for those who came to her which eventually became her book “Always Already Free” later republished by Watkins under the title “author of “Instant Presence: Allow Natural Meditation to Happen”, currently being translated in 4 languages. In addition to her BatGap interview, Enza has been interviewed and quoted by many publications including “Nonduality Talk”, “Advaita Vision”, “One The Magazine”, “Meeting Truth” and other body-mind-spirit periodicals. She has also presented at the “Science and Nonduality Conference” (SAND) in USA and Amsterdam. Enza lives in Adelaide, South Australia with her partner and children. Website: enzavita.com. Enza is in Adelaide, Australia, where it is about almost midnight now, and she heroically

has stayed up late and drunk more coffee than she's accustomed to drinking at this hour

1:09.8

in order to participate in this

conversation. I met ENSA about three, four years ago at the Science and Non-Duality Conference.

participants in the panel.

And so I met her husband or partner Leo Drioli, who is a musician and the two of them
