But I think we have to acknowledge that the way we live, or the way many of us live these

illness. A lot of the time people are trying to change their behaviors, right? Their sugar intake,

their alcohol intake, how much food they're binge eating or whatever it might be. And they're too

focus on the behavior rather than why am I engaging in that behavior in the first place. And I don't

think of the health and wellness world we're talking about this enough I want to take full

responsibility for my life I don't want to blame other people for my feelings so

if I was ever getting triggered emotionally by anything instead of putting the

blame on the other person the comment on on social media, email you receive from your

publisher, whatever it might be.

Because once you realize that not everyone's going to get triggered by the same email, you
