1:22.0	conflict to bill. Mainly at work. Most recently, myself and some colleagues
1:29.2	called out amazing newspaper about racism and the blowback has been
1:35.3	pretty intense from that and it's sad because it's like not a new thing for me to
1:41.4	say hey, this is racist or hey, this is a list and then to find myself like
1:46.4	isolated or undermined or excluded and then like out of the job and I think that
1:52.6	general sense of conflict has carried over into other areas of my life. So I
1:57.5	guess the question is like who am I in conflict? Am I using my energy wisely?
