This is a special episode. I don't know how many of you people are actually listening or watching on Christmas Eve,

but if you are, wow, are we grateful, but we're more grateful for you, the audience, and your questions and your participation through this program.

We do it for you, and it's exciting to know that it's helping you and always fun when Daniel Tarty, my good friend,

and our senior VP of business and leadership joins us. So, Daniel, before we get started, I'm very aware of the fire behind us.

Yeah, I don't think I'm getting any actual heat off of that, but it's nice to have a little fake fire, so we have the ambiance.

Okay, so we're going to get to some of your questions. We're going to try to go as quick as we can. We're going to have some fun with this.

I love these questions. So here we go. Well, both take turns, or we can just both weigh in. How about that? If we got something to add.

So the first question is, as a mid-30s up and coming leader, and I like the fact that he or she is saying, I'm up and coming, baby.
