Okay, I have Timothy Michael Hayes with me today. This is a big deal. Tim, I'm so excited to interview you today. And we are brand new friends, which was so fortuitous.

We met just a few days ago this week.

But you are a big deal because currently in time,

because you were the writer for this film that is number two on Netflix today.

It's probably going to be number one by the time this comes out.

That's right.

But the brand new film on Netflix called Mary.

For anyone who is not familiar with you, can you give us just a little bit of a background

on who you are and what you do?

Sure.

I'm a screenwriter and mostly in historical realms telling tales from whether recent history,

five years ago, 20 years ago, 50 years ago, 100 years ago, or in the case of the Mary movie,

something that happened over 2,000 years ago.

And people come to me to ask to tell tales with a certain edge and a certain vision.

And I am blessed to be able to do this every day in my life.

And I'm sure we'll get down the path of how long it took me to get to this point.

But right now I'm just grateful for every day because I wake up every day telling stories and working with really great people and what's a better blend than that, you know, every day.

Like even our meeting, it was two days ago.

Yeah.

You know, I, that was off of meeting someone off of meeting someone.

It's just been an unending joy of meeting wonderful people now that I'm doing this more publicly.
