Great conversation tonight. I really enjoyed it. And one of the amazing things about a long-form conversation where

anyone can just jump in, it's always different. It's always different. Sure, there are a few

repeat offenders we can call them that are always on the call.

But you always have different people popping in.

Everyone's got a different story or a different update for something that they've been working on.

It's really a lovely, continuous thread for the Swolfam.

And this is why it's important because it's just like having a great conversation with a

close friend once a week or having a check in with someone hanging out once a week or

every two weeks or once a month where you kind of thread this ever-changing conversation, kind of giving life updates

type of thing.

Because a lot of us have those types of friends where you're both really busy, but you're

very close and you go a ways back.

So you're able to connect.

And it's great to have.

It's great to have that with the Swole Fam. It's great to have that with a

community, especially just because that is unfortunately more and more rare nowadays. It's harder to

connect with people because of, in my opinion, in part to social media and the fracturing of ideology,

in the sense of everyone's ideology, the things that they believe in, whether it's a moral

compass, whether it's a way of eating or something along those lines.

Now that there's so many different hashtags and so many different interest groups and sections of the internet,
