worked out a lot and moved a lot, moved my body. A lot of people don't know when it comes to

developing a program because they see the fitness side of it and the finished product.

And I like to put quote paperwork and meetings and decision making goes into the process of developing a fitness program.

And so it was a very stressful week,

but I was able to utilize food to change my mood.
