| 1:35.4 | because of my brain. And basically, that was what was happening. It was my unmanaged brain telling me |
| 1:42.8 | that I wasn't good enough, that my body wasn't good enough, which then caused me to try to hide my |
| 1:48.0 | body and shame. Now, I am the first person to put on a swimsuit. And my body is not |
| 1:54.7 | perfect by society standards. I have a C-section scar, so a little bit of my belly hangs over. |
