0:25.6	I have a love-hate relationship with the word enlightenment. I got clean and
0:31.7	sober, fairly young, but still felt dissatisfied with my inner life. I've done
0:37.4	lots of counseling and group work, but have yet to find fulfillment in my
0:41.7	relationships, jobs, and hobbies, although I've been given ample opportunities. I
0:46.6	pursued spiritual teachers who advocate for any person's ability to
0:51.6	reach enlightenment or be able to see the truth without following any
0:55.8	circumscribed methods or beliefs, like Audja Shanti and Gungaji. I have even
1:01.9	had a couple of experiences where my ego seems to drop way back and have felt a
1:06.3	huge relief in acceptance with life. I also had a traumatic response at a
1:10.8	retreat once. What are your opinions about meditation for the purpose of seeing
1:15.6	the truth? How does one find satisfaction with life? It seems meaningless and
1:21.5	yet I keep operating like a steppered wife on my conditioning and wondering if
1:27.3	there is anything I could be doing to realize a true version of reality
