Summary

A man walks into a bank with what appears to be a bomb around his neck, and a cane that is actually a gun. That man was Brian Wells, he demanded 250,000 dollars. Then he walks out the front door, but not before snatching a lollipop off the counter. Once outside he is quickly apprehended, but when police realize the bomb is real and Brian's not in control of it, the situation spirals into something completely different!
