101, which was back in April of 2017. So it's been a while when he was on the Howa Business podcast.

And on that episode, he shared his very interesting entrepreneurial journey.

And then we also got into tips and advice for starting and growing a business,

building systems, which is really the focus of what we're going to talk about today.

And the benefits of franchising, he was very heavy into franchising at that point.
