some time with it being the end of the year, sort of summing up some lessons I've learned

So first of all, last September, I turned 51 and I am truly now smack dab in the middle of

midlife. I mean, I'm planning to live about 200. I don't know about you, but I consider

midlife anywhere from, you know, 40 to 65, sort of the

And to be truthful, I don't believe I was really navigating aging very well.
