Le Bergin is a Lead Trainer for the FASTer Way to Fat Loss. With almost 20 years experience as a Certified Personal Trainer, she is passionate about educating men and women through personalized nutrition and exercise to help empower them to live their best lives with energy and intention. She is a former high school teacher and cheerleading coach, mom of two teenagers, and she owns a boutique gym in Galveston, Texas with her husband. She has over ten certifications, starting with TaeBo through Plyoga, to Kettlebells, nutritional certifications and FRC (Functional Range Conditioning).
