The thought of doing THIS when I was just starting out made me woozy.
Why is it so scary to hand off a piece of your business to someone else? When you're the one running the show, it can feel impossible to hand over even a little bit of the reigns.
It could be a time thing (who has the TIME to hire and train someone?) or it could be a trust thing… Like who could actually do the thing just as good as you?
I get it because I've felt ALL of these emotions. I was gripping onto my business with white knuckles to the point where I just felt straight up fatigued, but at least I was handling it all myself, right? …Wrong.
This episode will help you identify if you’re ready to outsource and walk you through how to start outsourcing in a way that doesn’t scare you. In fact, it might actually bring you a great deal of happiness.
