Our industry is moving, and it’s changing fast. Today, we are going to talk about how to pass on knowledge that you’ve learned from somebody else, proprietary information, in a legal way.

In this episode, I reveal what it looks like to train assistants ethically, and this is a controversial topic in the industry but I really wanted to go deeper with it on the podcast.

I hope this encourages you to look at what you’re providing assistants that you hire, and to think about how to pour into your people without taking advantage of anybody else. Plus, I want you to consider what education could look like in the future, so that you’re better prepared for upcoming changes in the industry!
