The parable in the wedding feast that Jesus tells in Matthew 22 begins so well, the King

having been refused the invitations that he had initially sent out, tells his servants

to go out into the streets and bring everyone in and then when the wedding hall isn't filled,

he sends them out again to bring everyone else in.

And then it ends with someone being thrown out.
