As time has progressed, I've come to really appreciate the presence of everything unfolding and trying to really accept more and more deeply that

everything is unfolding in the way that it needs to, or so it appears to me.

And what's interesting about that is that I have spent like the last 10 years I think

really focusing on trying to accept what is.

And by that I mean trying to be present

on that level, because that's a way to find a beautiful type of peace is like just accepting not

What's happening with clarity in your life any given moment

There's real peace in that because in your own life, any given moment.

There's real peace in that because it keeps you from fighting, like ghosts as it were,

keeps you from fighting with your own perceptions, keeps you from fighting with your own perceptions,

that make you wish that things were different

than they are, or believe that things different that they are,

which leads to this delusion, ultimately, in unhappiness.
