With some things I do have real reasons to feel nervous, worried, or afraid. other things I can worry about so much and then see it was all unnecessary. Let's breathe easily and freely. Right here and right now I accept what is. What is?

I sit with it and I take some soothing breaths as I sit with it.

Right now I detach from the fears, worries, and anxieties that want to stick around. As I detach for them I see them getting smaller and smaller.

I give myself permission to access the good in my life feeling warm and relaxed. With every outward breath I release fear. As I breathe out, I release worry. As I let go of anxiety.

I let go of anxiety. And it opens up a space where I can comfortably relax, exhale. Exhale and let go. I'm connecting with what is meaningful and special in this forehead. I visualize a meaningful and my neck soften and relax. I'm noticing the rest of my body softening and relaxing. My body is warm and comfortable.

I think I think deeper into a comfortable sleepy state. I am getting sleepier and sleep here.

I'm so tired. And I want a deep rejuvenating sleep.

And I'm feeling fully tired.
