And in particular, this client that shared it with me, the reason I loved it is like, you know, she was saying a bunch of things and, you know, she was just trying to get the best of loss possible. |

You know, there's really high end complex things, you know, because it's easier to kind to think maybe if if I just change one really weird factor, it'll make everything better. But, you know, that's not how it works. Sometimes it's about those basics, hitting that protein, you know, having a consistent diet, getting to the gym, doing like, you know, all your accountability mechanisms on time. Like, all these things feed together to generate some amazing results. And I love this quote so much so because, you know, I even gave myself this own advice. You know, I'm like, how can I revamp my personal journey going into summer? How can I level up more and more? And like, this was going to be my thoughts for the week. But, you know, personally I'm like, you know, I have so many great things. Like, let's just go back to the dead basics and look at how I can do all those things great. So even this week, you know, I'm just challenging myself. I'm in a My Fitness Pile competition with my friend or not my fitness file. Apple Watch, you know, because I find that just some good background accountability for me. I'm just going to nail 10,000 steps. I made myself a great program. I got back on a dedicated strength regimen thing. I'm doing five by five right now. |
