| 2:09.8 | and how much impact it was having on me. And one of the things that I discovered very early on, |
| 2:15.9 | because I was diagnosed with depression and panic disorder at 28. |
| 2:19.3 | And one of the first things I changed was the way that I ate and I started to discover all of these things that I just, I honestly thought that big business and government were there to protect us. |
