0:21.5	to bring in longevity. You know, you can be good for two, three years, five
0:26.8	years, but I think I learned not too long ago that the average coaching
0:32.9	term is like five years.
0:38.2	We can adore anything and adapt and pivot and change.
0:43.8	Wrestling gave us that ability. I would say nothing in life is impacted me
0:48.0	or the things wrestling has taught me in terms of self-reflection resilience.
0:53.6	Toughness. Some guys have it, some guys don't.
0:56.4	Adversity, 100% how to pick myself up and be a man after I failed.
1:01.7	And everything that has shaped my life and where I'm at today would not be
1:07.0	there without the values and basically the lessons I've learned to
1:10.8	the sport of wrestling. For me, wrestling's ain't a life because it
1:14.2	allowed me to focus and channel my energy.
1:19.0	We're fortunate if you wrestled because if you wrestled, natural talent helps,
1:25.3	but it's 5% of the ingredient. It pales in comparison to heart and technique and effort.
1:33.7	It humbled me, taught me humility. Nothing can humble you more than wrestling.
1:39.2	I think it's the learning to adapt, right? You learn how to adapt, you learn how to solve problems.
1:45.6	If I look back my time, that's good wrestling. If you give me one thing more than anything else,
