and all that kind of stuff but i'd love to start with like you know how so. But we're both sort of a similar age and both your Scottish or I'm English. Like I know what our drinking culture is like. Yes. Yes. Tell me a little bit about your drinking. I mean, I grew up totally, you know, with a family who are like, if you don't have a drink in your hand, there's something wrong with you.

And of course, like, take a drink.

And it's like, that's the most normal thing.

And, you know, alcohol for me was something that I had an incredibly unhealthy relationship with when I was very young, you know, in my late teens and into

my 20s, definitely binge drinking and awful. And slowly over my adult life, I gained control over it.
