It's all good man. It's all good here on a Tuesday afternoon.

We're hanging out at Marvel.

So what brings you to Marvel today?

Just came through to meet everybody really and you know Marvel is shown so much

support through the the Black Panther series. Yeah right that I just had to come and say what's up.

Yeah, what was it like for you initially getting involved with the Black Panther

video series?

That was wild.

Yeah, that came out of left field. I had read between the world and me like four months before the offer came through.

And then they were like, yeah, Tanahasi Coates and Marvel are doing this very Afrocentric comic.

And they want to use some of your music. I just, oh my God, I had like a little moment.

I instantly called my mom and told her and she, you know, she's a Marvel fan too and she freaked out.

And it was very, very surreal to be involved in, you know, something that even as a kid I'd see Marvel and then be like,

damn, this is nuts. You know, it's just, it just seems so larger than life. And then to be a part of that especially in something that hits so close to home.
