| 0:51.7 | We want to graduate leaders. We want to train and equip young people to be leaders |
| 0:58.2 | and to be leaders in the transformation of culture, to be leaders in the shaping of culture. We want them to make a dent. We want them |
| 1:08.6 | to go out after their studies and make a difference. |
| 1:12.8 | Now, if there is no way to tell |
| 1:16.2 | whether they've made a difference or not, |
| 1:18.5 | then you really, we really shouldn't be putting |
| 1:22.0 | that kind of thing on our brochures. |
| 1:24.0 | You know, if we want to train students who shape culture, |
| 1:29.0 | then we should have some idea what that looks like. |
| 1:32.0 | I mean, what does it look like? But as soon as you say you're engaging with culture, what do you mean exactly? |
| 1:40.0 | And if you're dealing with 20 or 100 or hundreds or thousands of graduates |
| 1:46.9 | over time, if one of your graduates goes off two years after graduation. |
| 1:54.8 | She gets married and she has five kids and she raises them all faithfully |
| 2:00.0 | with her husband and the kids are all walking with the Lord and they stay in the church. |
| 2:05.0 | But nobody ever hears of her. |
