the Medes and the Persians were coming to take over. And the king crowns Daniel and basically says,

I'll give you everything if you'll just tell me what's going to happen. And I like to think of Daniel

as somebody who was crowned in a perishing kingdom. And basically Daniel just still told the truth.

Yeah, basically they're going to come in and take you over and your jig is up. He didn't care. He did not care.

What kind of honor they bestowed upon him. Daniel was faithful, whether he was in the lion's den

or whether he was crowned in a perishing kingdom.
