0:37.7	Bourbon News Update. Well, some of those predictions for 2021 are already coming to light,
0:43.5	and Fred Minix kind of had it all going on the right direction here, because there is a major
0:47.8	distillery that has been acquired. MGP has announced a definitive merger to acquire Luxco,
0:53.4	representing a deal worth $475 million
0:56.0	that's comprised of both equal parts of cash and stock.
1:00.0	Now, most of us know by now that MGP is that powerhouse distillery in Lawrenceburg,
1:05.0	Indiana that supplies a good percentage of product for source brands on the market, in addition
1:09.0	to brands that contract distill through
1:10.9	them. And Luxco has a distillery called Lux Row, based in Bartown, Kentucky. And Luxcoe also
1:16.8	has famous brands such as Ezra Brooks, Rebel Yell, Davis County, Everclear, Elmeher Tequila,
1:23.2	and also around 100 other smaller brands. Now this transaction is anticipated to be completed during the first half of 2021,
1:31.1	of course, subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.
