And I am that dude that walked into a team room that said, don't be on the wall.

And I looked at that every single day.

And I let that drive me.

And if we lose touch with that stuff as we get older, we become weak. And we,

if we start letting things slide with that, then we'll let things start sliding for others. And we

accept mediocrisy. It's a, it's a slippery slope, man. It's a slippery slope. And I think that

it's healthy for people to encourage one another as a peer group to be better.
