Just off the main road, Sheifer Street cuts through a working-class neighbourhood that sits at the heart of the town.

it home. But one day in May of 1975, the tranquility of Schaefer Street was shattered.

A young boy had vanished without a trace while playing outside with his brother and friends.

Little did anybody know, but the truth was far closer to home than they could have imagined. On the morning of the 18th of May, 1975,

5-year-old Jason Foreman was one of the first to wake in the quiet wood-panelled home on Schaefer Street in Peacdale, South Kingston, Rhode Island.

He reached for his favourite outfit, a blue pinstriped shirt and maroon pants, the pair with
