Summary
David Parker Ray is an American rapist and serial murderer known for his role in the 'Toy Box Murders' in Truth or Consequences, New Mexico. Although never confirmed, we speculate that David Parker Ray tortured hundreds of women and murdered up to, or more than, 60 others. No bodies were ever found that could be pointed directly at him. David died of a sudden heart condition in 2002 while serving a prison sentence for his crimes.
