actual NBA season is here I think this is the seventh season of the history of the thinking basketball

podcast that's crazy i can't believe this has been around for seven years

today we are going to do what we normally do before the year.

If you're listening to this from the future,

the first set of games is probably undoubtedly over.

You're like, one of the Knicks or the Celtics

is gonna look totally different than what we talked about.

Heck, you've probably seen all NBA teams at least once at this point, but that's what we like to do here.

We like to record at the 11th hour and then give you something to respond to that says,

man, these guys are really drinking the Kool-Aid even more than ever.

And that's my goal this year for the 2025 season, Cody Cody is to really let loose.

I've been too constrained in the past.

I really got to start firing up with the not just hot takes,

the boiling takes.

That's where we're going this season.

Oh, I thought you were trying to say that you were just going to take all of the takes that you see and vomit them back out because here's the issue

People are always like AI is gonna take your Ben, I'm here for AI's job.

It thinks it can take everything online.

No, I can regurgitate everyone's hot takes better than that.
