What's up, everyone? This is Brian Lubin with the Action Academy podcast. I am very excited to bring you today the first official episode of the podcast. I've been thinking about this for a while, so I'm excited to get it rocking and rolling, and I could not think of a better guest to have than my good friend, Mr. Calvin Chin.

I'll read his bio real quick, so when he gets into himself very humbly,

you can understand that this dude is a big deal doing big things, and he doesn't quietly, though.

So Calvin's a seasoned real estate investor in California with over 100 doors in his portfolio at the ripe old age of 29 years old.

He left his W-2 job in tech sales to focus full-time on his business and investing.

His main focus is now are growing this portfolio, his freedom, his coaching community, and just trying to make an impact in the world.

And that's what we're trying to do today with this podcast.
