That is what Royez Durrell says happened to him, even though his conviction has been thrown out by the Hawaii appellate court.

He remains on the sex offenderistry for the state of Hawaii.

On December 19, 2002, Royez Durrell, a U.S. Navy sailor stationed at Pearl Harbor,

was charged with multiple counts of sexual assault, which had allegedly occurred between the years 1998 and 2000.
