1:06.6	excited about this episode I feel like within this past year my connection to my own spirituality and like connecting to my ancestors
1:17.0	has just gotten so much stronger and has helped me develop a greater sense of
1:22.4	confidence and trust in my own intuition to be able to like
1:26.3	sit down and get calm and like listen. I'm just excited to talk more about these themes and these subjects because it seems that like
1:34.9	spirituality is very in vogue right now and the thing is like it's been married with
1:40.8	wellness and mindfulness and all that other stuff.
1:44.0	Frankly, I have found that stuff to be very helpful.
1:47.0	I've found mindfulness and wellness to like help my life in a practical way,
1:51.0	and I'm really hoping that a yana coming in will will help me in a practical way with my connection with spirituality.
