0:18.7	associated the respiratory compromised artificial airways, medically complex neurogenic populations, as well as the NICU specialty.

0:30.0	SLP community by providing clinical mentorship to students, as well as providing support
0:34.8	for several teams on medical SLP platforms to promote continued growth for SLPs.
0:40.7	Rachel has made patient advocacy and improving overall patient quality of life a personal mission and goal.
0:46.0	She's spearheaded a robust, multi-disciplinary tracheostomy team in her facility with a mission of providing exceptional care to the population by
0:53.8	utilizing standardized protocols to streamline care. In addition, Rachel has

1:03.4	and an open collaborative called Trachect Talks
1:05.6	for promoting tracheostomy evidence-based research
1:08.0	in an accessible manner.
1:10.1	And Dr. Nicole Yordan Lopez is a surgical critical care fellow at HCA Florida Kendall Hospital,
1:16.0	an active member of the Trache team. She will complete her training in June 2024,
1:20.8	after which she intends to continue working closely with tracheastinized patient
1:24.7	population as a trauma surgeon and intensivist.
