Charles Davalan’s road to Arkansas baseball is anything but conventional. The Montreal native grew up playing hockey but followed his love for baseball to a Florida prep school—thanks to a few Twitter videos and a 27-hour family road trip. Now, he’s the current SEC hit leader and a key part of one of the best lineups in college baseball.
