I made the mistake of taking a nap.

The two hands. And there's the perfect amount which makes you feel energized and ready to take on the day. I wish that existed for me. It's like 20, 25 minutes. There's been studies on this, Jim. I suggest you Google it. I'm doing great, by the way. I know they're real. I just don't think they apply to me. I see. Well, poor show. I'm trying to go ahead. Oh, sorry. I'm hearing the echo because I'm trying to pull up on the live feed during the show, which I should have had done before I started the program. That's bad show prep, guys, but tonight's show, very familiar slate. Going to get to Weave's saw that, which will be preceded by Roots Roundup, everyone's favorite section, three men, thoughts, thoughts, thoughts, and then game previews.
