Hi everyone and welcome to a time of being still and being loved.

These podcasts are about training the break pedal of your body,

the break system of your body.

It's a gift that we have from God. Our bodies were created

to rest as much as they were to work. And it's actually best when we work from rest.

So take some time to find a place for you right now,

whether it's seated or laying down, but it is a restful position and

then begin to breathe. Becoming aware of our breath. I know it sounds silly to say

breathe because that's just what we do but this is now thoughtful breath because really when do we think about

breathing.

Just notice if it's hard if the inhale feels more comfortable than the exhale or if the

inhale feels more uncomfortable than the exhale.

But we were created to begin with the exhale.

That life begins with the exhale because God exhaled and breathed into us and life for us began.

The exhale of God is permission for me to take an inhale.
