I recently received a really thoughtful message from Ainsley on Instagram.

She explained that she's been listening to my podcast for a few months

and she's been making some positive and meaningful changes in her life. However, she's also noticed

that she's been analysing herself a lot lately and also analysing other people. And even though

self-reflection can be helpful and does give us opportunities to grow,

I do understand how too much of it can actually cause stress or anxiety, less enjoyment,

disconnection from the present moment, and potentially feelings of guilt or shame. And when I read

It can be easy to fall into the habit of over-analysing yourself and other people, and it

might also be tempting to make a whole lot of changes all at once. And, you know, maybe podcasts like mine are partly to blame. I often hear from
