just to help these little guys feel seen, heard,

appreciated, cherished, and they also,

PS, fit in the mom cracks of my super busy day because, you know, I do all the things.

The podcast, workout, morning routine time, keep the house together, all the the things and so if you can squeeze in

your heart to be super intentional with your kids in present but also in a way that's

actually practical and realistic for those of you who are busy working mamas.
