We got Tyler Farrell back on the podcast

from Killowin Construction. I think I feel like I just said his last name wrong Farrell not Farrell and we I mean if you guys listened to the first episode we talked a lot about his people and we're going to talk about it again today

But we're going to talk about how 2023 is has been a challenging year for everyone and what we're all doing to cope with the challenges and how we're working together to work through those challenges and really talk about the power of community, things like the Builder 20 group,

you know, social media, the good and the bad side of it, but really what it means to own and operate a

construction company and the challenges that are that you're faced with with doing

so. Yeah it was it was nice We just had a pretty low-key open and honest conversation,

which was enjoyable. I think I needed that today.

Just how I'm feeling, amount I'm working, how jobs are going, how life is going.

I just, I felt like it was an opportunity to be open and
