| 0:15.7 | It's cold. It's dark and everyone's trying not to turn the heating on just yet and festive season is just around the corner, a time that can be as stressful as it is joyful for many of us. |
| 0:28.1 | So with that in mind today, we're dedicating the next 10 minutes to calming the mind and becoming that little bit stress-free. |

| 0:39.9 | So find yourself a comfortable position |
