Hey, happy Valentine's Day, everybody. It is February 14th. I hope you're going to have a nice, warm, sunny Valentine's Day.

Here in the Valley of the Sun and Phoenix, I think we're headed for a high of, I don't know, probably 76 and sunny.

It's been very sunny, very warm. I'm loving the winter oh man I did not move

to Phoenix because of the summer but the winters are awesome here weather's nice mostly sunny

and so I'm I'm enjoying the weather I don't know what Denise and I're going to do for her Valentine's Day.

We would normally go to this little restaurant we go to, but on Valentine's Day, that place tends to pack out.

So I don't know.

Maybe I'll make her a romantic dinner here at the house.

So let's get some housekeeping out of the way real quick.
