Oh, man, I would tell you life right now is about a ten. I would also tell you that my stress levels in the last two days have been astronomical due to things happening at work and due to this move and in executing

the actual negotiations, inspections, escrows, all the moving parts of a new home buying process. There's so much to cover on this new home buying

process. I'm wondering, and I haven't really shared much on social media, I always share all my

stuff here first before I do my little reels of what's happened. But I think, honestly,

maybe next Thursday, I give a full breakdown of everything that has ensued

with the home buying process, the negotiation, the last many minute moving parts that have impacted

and what I've learned because it's astronomical what I've learned.

Yeah, I think we could say it could be a full episode, but I think it's just going to be quick hitters, 30 minute Thursdays. You can say you're going to go over all of it and guess what the next week it's going to be another and another and another and their pop-up cost and then you've got to fill the house with furniture and that's going to be a cost. And you're just going to be having dollar signs fly your little eyeballs and eardrums for a little bit here. But that's the price we pay. That's a price we pay.
