And I'm not going to lie, this episode is later than I wanted.

And I'm not going to apologize for that but I do want to explain how that happened and why that happened.

It's frustratingly easy to get behind in this business. I mean you're like like two things happen you're behind

I mean first of all I got a good night sleep I think people don't realize how little I sleep honestly

Had a real honest good night sleep and that put me behind how little bit

honest good night sleep and that put me behind a little bit more than I

wanted later in the day I guess and then I had a funeral on Saturday

my friend's mom died and I think in life you got to show up for those people you care about and I mean I feel like I'm already honestly not I don't do I'm like shamefully bad at showing up for the people I care about anyway.

I'm just consumed all the time working and so I wanted to put this out yesterday morning,

honestly, and so I apologize it's late. I'm trying to in my own head

not be so hard on myself not have these crazy really hard to hit deadlines, but I still do it

just because that's who I am. But I also am trying to learn how to live

in my own bubble and make content like just put out what I have when it's out and not worry so much

about the outside world.

I don't know, man, I'm just doing my best, I'm doing the very best I can.

I think that's what matters.
