touch on as you start the book with this, there's a pretty big problem. So many of us are fatigued

and especially women. Do you point out in the book that, quote, 15% of women reported that they

often felt very tired or exhaustive compared to just 10% of men and women between the ages of 18

to 44 were almost twice as likely as men. Twice as likely as men to often feel very tired or

exhausted. So let's start there. We're dealing with a quote unquote energy crisis. Like what's

driving this energy crisis and why are women more susceptible to it? Jason, this is the big question,

we know that women feel more stressed than men. The pandemic has brought this out even more. We

know that stress in general has risen by 33% stress and burnout and women feel it disproportionately

more than men. Women now have 69% of women report stress-related burnout-related symptoms,

whereas 50% of men report stress and burnout-related condition. Now, 50% is a lot,

but 69% is an epidemic. Now, we know that one of the months during the pandemic,

100% of the jobs lost were women leaving the workplace because various reasons. And now we know
