I'm Jason Horton. I'm Rebecca Leib. And this is Ghost Town. In July 28th, 1996, John Copic, a fisherman who regularly took his rig off the coast of South

sea floor. But what they pulled up would not be fish. It was still compact and heavy. The body of a man with a long-sleeved shirt, brown shoes and pants with the pockets turned inside out.

Shocked, Copic and his men looked for any kind of wallet or identifying factor, but there was nothing.
