Our guest today is Brit Ray.

She's the co-host of the BBC Podcast Tomorrow's World and is currently working on a PhD in

science communication at the University of Copenhagen.

And we'll be speaking with her today about her new book, Rise of the Necrofauna, the science, ethics, and risks of

de-extinction, which is about using breeding, cloning, and genetic engineering to resurrect extinct species such as woolly mammoths,

passenger pigeons, phytosines, or ox and more.
