We are going to be talking about pain management and sobriety, something that I've been kind of wanting to talk about this for a while.

But it's been a while, Chip.

I'm glad you're here.

I know you've been a lot going on.

Yeah, I've had a lot.

I've had various little, well, not little, various life things been thrown my way, some medical stuff, which is very relevant to what we're talking about and a death in the family.

So, which I don't need any sympathy for. But yeah, but things that, yeah, I've had a few things to have to sort of

deal with. So yes, it's good to be back heading towards episode 300, don't we? Yeah, and

heading towards two million downloads. Bloody hell. Oh, no, it's extraordinary. That's a

place my mind. This podcast has been going for six and a half years now.

And I think I would hazard to guess it's in contention for the longest running sober

podcast because there's a million sober podcasts.

There's a lot.

There were a few when we got started who kicked off and I don't know what happened to them. I don't know if anyone's been

as consistent as us. I don't know. If anyone thinks otherwise, let let me know. I'm sure they will.
