About a week before we came, we thought it was going to be cold and rainy like it was back home,

but it is absolutely gorgeous, like sunny, no clouds, it's beautiful, and yeah, the beautiful Martina McBride is here. I cannot wait to see her in concert. And you brought your jacket. So earlier on the way over here to Galveston, because we actually had to fly into Houston to sail out of Galveston. We were on the bus heading down the transfer bus. We've got to talk to some of the carnival executives, Joni Rain, for one, Jim Barra. So let's listen to our interview with Joni Rain right now about some tips on booking cruises. We always love to see Joni rain here on Cruise Radio. She's the vice president of worldwide sales for Carnival Cruise Line. Hey, Joni. Hey there. Nice to see you guys. Absolutely. And we're on a roll in a rolling mobile studio. How cool is this? This is really cool. We're actually on this huge bus heading from Houston to Galveston. We're watching traffic and just having a great time. When is the best time overall looking at it from 33,000 feet down to book a cruise?

Anytime. So that's my short answer. But I would say that we're seeing a lot the past several years about multi-generational

travel. And so I would say, you know, it starts at the planning stages. So during the holidays,

when you've got all the family together, you start swapping schedules, you know, and find that

that time sweet spot when you can all travel. Yeah, my family's starting to get a little more spread out across the country. Nices and nephews are now married. They're having their own kids. And we're starting to think about doing cruises as even a Christmas vacation. Instead of going to my mom's house, we'll all get together from all over the country and do one cruise or something. How far out are families booking these cruises?

Well, in the multi-generational, which is mostly large groups, it's definitely about an 11-month window.

And so it takes a lot of planning.
